Elementary & Starter Agility (Grades 1 & 2)

Once the basics have been learnt through the beginner course and you and your dog are both confident at all obstacles and equipment we can then start to teach you how to do full courses and teach you many different manoveurs and sequences that will be needed on courses.  Whether or not you ever want to compete at agilty we will teach you as if your final aim is to be in the ring.  You will be taught how to do serpentines, flick flacks, boxes, crossing in front and behind your dog. Instructions will be given on how to control your dog in a ring.

Teaching the dog in controlled jumping

Handlers will be shown how to walk a course and how to guide the dog in the ring.

Looking at the course from a dogs point of view. The handlers position in relation to the dog the jumps and other equipment.

Graduate & Post Graduate (Grades 3 & 4)

In these classes you will be taught how to improve on the skills that you have already developed, we will set up grids of boxes to help you and your dog to manovuer through different sequences to tighten turns.  We will also be pushing you to work your dog and to gain speed in areas that you can.  We will practice courses and sequences to get these leaner and faster.

Novice & Senior (Grades 5 & 6)

During these sessions will be putting you and your dog through your paces, practising new and improved ways to gain those fractions of seconds that mean you could win or be in 10th place.  We will also be making sure that both handler and dog are making the most of each other and pushing you out of your comfort zones.
